The frame cross beam comprises an arched beam body, a pin shaft and two horizontal mounting plates, the pin shaft is rotatably mounted at a middle protrusion of the arched beam body, the axial direction of the pin shaft is the same as the axial direction of the arched beam body so as to form a hinged mounting position, and the two horizontal mounting plates are fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the two sides of the arched beam body respectively. The horizontal mounting plate and the middle protrusion of the arched beam body are arranged in a staggered mode in the axis direction of the arched beam body, and the horizontal mounting plate is provided with a mounting connector used for a crane base. The lateral torsion load of the loading cabin is prevented from being transmitted to the frame main body through the pin shaft penetrating front and back, the risk of local stress concentration of the frame is reduced, the torsion deformation torque release of the frame is facilitated, the crane base is mounted on the horizontal mounting plate, and the integrated design of part of the support and the cross beam is realized.

    本发明公开一种车架横梁、汽车车架及越野车,涉及车架技术领域,解决了越野车上装结构复杂和空间结构紧凑时存在载荷分布不合理的技术问题。车架横梁包括拱形梁体、销轴和两个水平安装板,销轴转动安装于拱形梁体的中间凸起处,销轴的轴向与拱形梁体的轴线方向相同,以形成铰接安装位,两个水平安装板与拱形梁体的两侧底端分别固定连接,沿拱形梁体的轴线方向水平安装板与拱形梁体的中间凸起错位设置,水平安装板设置有用于吊车底座的安装接口。通过前后贯穿的销轴避免了上装舱体侧向扭转载荷传递给车架主体,减少了车架局部应力集中的风险,有利于车架扭转变形扭矩释放,将吊车底座安装到水平安装板上,实现了部分支座与横梁的一体化设计。
