The anti-collision early warning control system comprises an anti-collision distance detection system, a short-distance alarm system and an emergency braking system, the anti-collision distance detection system comprises a TDOA positioning system and an infrared signal positioning system, the TDOA positioning system is internally provided with radio pulse distance measurement and transmits a wireless signal through a Chirp signal (a linear frequency modulation signal), and the infrared signal positioning system is connected with the TDOA positioning system. According to the rail transit anti-collision early warning system based on the monocular vision, the distance is measured through the transmission time of signals between the round-trip of the two asynchronous transceivers, the distance measurement precision is greatly improved, and therefore high positioning precision is guaranteed.
