The invention provides a pressure boosting type digital hydraulic braking system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a pedal device, a brake cylinder, a displacement detection system, a pressure detection system, a controller, a hydraulic pump, an energy accumulator, a hydraulic inertia tube, a first digital switch valve and a second digital switch valve. The control method comprises three modes of braking preparation, braking and closing. The controller determines which mode the system enters according to a detection signal, and in a brake preparation mode, a brake cylinder is not filled with liquid in advance, so that a safe distance is kept between a brake block and a brake disc; and the hydraulic pump is used for charging an energy accumulator and an inertia tube in the brake hydraulic loop. When a brake mode is entered, the energy storage element releases energy instantly and superposes the energy with the output of the hydraulic pump, and at the moment, the digital switch valve increases the opening, rapidly increases the flow in the loop, increases the liquid filling speed in the brake cylinder and shortens the brake time.

    本发明提供了一种升压型数字液压制动系统及其控制方法。系统包括踏板装置、制动缸、位移检测系统、压力检测系统、控制器、液压泵、蓄能器、液压惯性管、第一数字开关阀和第二数字开关阀;控制方法包括制动准备、制动、关闭三种模式。控制器根据检测信号决定系统进入何种模式,在制动准备模式下,不对制动缸提前充液,使制动块与制动盘保持安全距离;液压泵对制动液压回路中的蓄能器和惯性管进行充能。在进入制动模式时,储能元件瞬间释放能量,与液压泵输出相叠加,此时数字开关阀增大开口,迅速提升回路中的流量,增大制动缸内的充液速度,减小制动时间。
