The invention provides a reinforcing method for a light alloy casting, the light alloy casting and a vehicle. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that S1, a reinforcing part (1) is pre-buried in a mold of the light alloy casting part (100); s2, a light alloy casting part (100) containing the reinforcing part (1) is manufactured in the mold through a casting process; and S3, after the casting process, a reinforcing material is added into the reinforcing part (1), so that the reinforced light alloy casting part (100) is formed. The mechanical property of the light alloy casting part is improved, the weight of the light alloy casting part is reduced, the application mode of the light alloy casting part in the prior art is expanded, and the light weight level of the light alloy casting part can be further improved.

    本发明提供了用于轻型合金铸造件的增强方法、轻型合金铸造件和车辆。所述增强方法包括如下步骤:S1:将增强件(1)预埋至所述轻型合金铸造件(100)的模具中;S2:在所述模具中通过铸造工艺制造出含所述增强件(1)的轻型合金铸造件(100);S3:在所述铸造工艺之后,将增强材料加入所述增强件(1),以形成经增强的轻型合金铸造件(100)。本发明改善了轻型合金铸造件的力学性能,降低了轻型合金铸造件的重量,扩展了现有技术中在轻型合金铸造件的应用方式,还能使得轻型合金铸造件的轻量化水平进一步提升。
