The invention provides a step guide device of a passenger conveyor, which can restrain sliding noise during long-term operation of the passenger conveyor. The step guiding device of the passenger conveyor is provided with a guiding boot which is arranged on the side face side of a step of the passenger conveyor and makes contact with an apron board of the passenger conveyor; and a support body which is provided on the side surface of the step, and which supports the guide shoe in a state of being in contact with a surface on the opposite side of the contact surface of the guide shoe in contact with the apron board while ensuring a distance of 90% or more of the length in the sliding direction of the contact surface of the guide shoe in contact with the apron board.

    提供一种能够在乘客输送机的长期运行中抑制滑动噪音的乘客输送机的梯级引导装置。乘客输送机的梯级引导装置具备:引导靴,其配置于乘客输送机的梯级的侧面侧,与所述乘客输送机的裙板接触;以及支承体,其设置于所述梯级的侧面,在保证所述引导靴的同所述裙板接触的接触面的滑动方向上的长度的90%以上的距离而与所述引导靴的同所述裙板接触的接触面的相反侧的面接触的状态下,支承所述引导靴。
