Disclosed is a heat pump system for an automobile. A heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a compressor for compressing and discharging a refrigerant; a four-way valve that transfers the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to the external heat exchanger or to the internal heat exchanger according to an air conditioning mode; an external heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant transferred from the compressor or the internal heat exchanger and air outside the vehicle; an internal heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant transferred from the external heat exchanger and air supplied to the interior of the vehicle, or exchanges heat between the refrigerant discharged from the compressor and air supplied to the interior of the vehicle; an electric component cooling circuit unit that absorbs heat generated from an electric component mounted on the vehicle according to the air conditioning mode, discharges the heat through an electric component radiator, or exchanges heat with the refrigerant/electric component cooling water heat exchanger after absorbing the heat; a refrigerant/electric component cooling water heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant discharged from the external heat exchanger and the cooling water flowing through the electric component cooling water flow path; the first expansion device is arranged to enable a refrigerant to be expandable according to an air conditioner mode; and a battery cooler configured to transfer the refrigerant discharged from the external heat exchanger to the internal heat exchanger after heat exchange with the battery according to the air conditioning mode.
