The invention particularly relates to a multi-beam system fault diagnosis method of an underwater cruise device, which comprises the following steps that: step 1, a plurality of slave machines convert electric signals of an underwater acoustic transducer into image data, and a host machine performs preprocessing of noise reduction, edge detection and graying on the image data to obtain image data; the main control computer receives the preprocessed image data and marks the preprocessed image data as an initial image; 2, sequentially connecting a multiplexer of the signal verification module with a slave according to an array sequence, sampling image data connected with the slave and an electric signal of an underwater acoustic transducer, and converting the electric signal into a verification image by a simulator according to the electric signal; step 3, the signal verification module inputs the image data and the verification image into a neural network algorithm to obtain a verified comparison image unit; and step 4, the main control computer receives each comparison image unit of the signal verification module, the main control computer segments and compares the initial image and the comparison image, screens the image blocks of which the comparison values are greater than a preset threshold value, and tracks the slaves corresponding to the image blocks.

    本发明特别涉及一种水下巡航器的多波束系统故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、多个从机将水声换能器的电信号转化为图像数据,主机对图像数据进行降噪、边缘检测和灰度化的预处理,主控机接收预处理后的图像数据并标注为初始图像;步骤2、信号验证模块的多路选择器按照阵列顺序依次与一个从机连接,并对连接从机的图像数据及水声换能器的电信号采样,模拟器根据电信号转化为验证图像;步骤3、信号验证模块将图像数据和验证图像输入神经网络算法,得到验证后的对比图像单元;步骤4、主控机接收信号验证模块的各个对比图像单元,主控机分别对初始图像和对比图像进行分割和对比,并筛选对比值的大于预设的阈值的图片块,追踪图片块对应的从机。
