The invention discloses a propeller blade fatigue test device, which comprises a blade root holding end flange plate and a blade tip load loading device, and is characterized in that the blade root of a propeller is fixed with the blade root holding end flange plate, and the blade tip is fixed with the blade tip load loading device; the paddle tip load loading device comprises a device shell, a central cylinder, a cylinder pull rope, a cross beam and an actuator cylinder connector. According to the device disclosed by the invention, the blade root is fixed on the test bed through the blade root holding end flange plate, and the main loading load of the blade tip part comprises three main components, including centrifugal force in the axial direction of the blade, aerodynamic force in the vertical direction and loading torque under the combined action of two sides, so that the stress condition of the blade can be truly simulated. The testing device is easy to operate, good in safety, high in bearing capacity and accurate in paddle loading, avoids concentrated stress, conforms to actual working conditions and completely meets the requirement of a fatigue test.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨桨叶疲劳试验装置,包括桨叶根部固持端法兰盘和桨尖端载荷加载装置,螺旋桨的桨叶根部与桨叶根部固持端法兰盘相固定,桨叶尖端与桨尖端载荷加载装置相固定;桨尖端载荷加载装置包括装置外壳、中心圆柱、圆柱拉绳、横梁以及作动筒连接器。本发明装置通过桨叶根部固持端法兰盘将桨叶根部固定在试验台上,而桨叶尖部的主要加载载荷有三个主要组成部分,包括桨叶轴线方向的离心力、竖直方向的气动力以及两侧共同作用加载扭矩,可以真实地模拟桨叶的受力情况。该试验装置操作简单,安全性好,承载能力强,桨叶加载准确,避免了集中应力,符合实际工况,完全满足疲劳试验的要求。
