In the power converter, the output side of a direct-current converter is respectively connected with the direct-current sides of two motor controllers, and the alternating-current side of each motor controller is connected with one-to-one corresponding motors in a power system; the motor and the motor controller which are connected with each other serve as a subsystem, and the energy conversion efficiency of the subsystem is the efficiency of the subsystem. The output side voltage of the direct-current converter is set according to the relationship between the system efficiency and the first subsystem efficiency and the relationship between the system efficiency and the second subsystem efficiency and the two optimal values of the output side voltage of the direct-current converter, so that the system efficiency is optimal when the two motors reach respective preset working states, and the system efficiency is improved. The optimization of the system efficiency is realized; in addition, due to the fact that the relation between the system efficiency and the efficiency of the two subsystems is related to the current working mode of the power system, the control method can achieve optimization of the system efficiency of the power system in all the working modes of the vehicle.
本发明提供一种功率变换器及其控制方法。在该功率变换器中,直流变换器的输出侧分别与两个电机控制器的直流侧相连,每个电机控制器的交流侧与动力系统中一一对应的电机相连;相互连接的电机和电机控制器作为一个子系统,子系统的能量转换效率为子系统效率。由于根据系统效率与第一子系统效率、第二子系统效率之间的关系,以及,直流变换器的输出侧电压的两个最优取值,设定直流变换器的输出侧电压,所以使得系统效率在两个电机达到各自预设工作状态时达到最优,即实现了对系统效率的优化;另外,由于系统效率与两个子系统效率之间的关系与动力系统的当前工作模式相关,所以该控制方法在车辆的全部工作模式下均可实现对动力系统的系统效率的优化。
