The invention provides a train power battery charging fault solving method and system, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting a first link breaking request and train power battery fault information to a train power battery when it is determined that the first link breaking request transmitted by a charging terminal through a train-ground communication system is received; and if a first chain breaking success feedback message sent by the train power battery is not received within a first preset time, processing a charging fault of the train power battery according to a current collector falling command, charging uncompleted information and a fault processing flow corresponding to the train power battery fault information. The system executes the method. Through real-time mutual transmission of control information and fault information between the train power battery and the charging terminal, a preset processing flow is executed according to different fault working conditions, control and fault protection of the whole charging flow are further achieved, and the reliability and the safety level of the system are improved.

    本发明提供一种列车动力电池充电故障解决方法及系统,方法包括:在确定接收到充电终端通过车地通讯系统发送的第一断链请求的情况下,将所述第一断链请求以及列车动力电池故障信息发送给列车动力电池;若在第一预设时间内未接收到所述列车动力电池发送的第一断链成功反馈消息,则按照受流器落下命令、充电未完成信息以及所述列车动力电池故障信息对应的故障处理流程处理列车动力电池的充电故障。所述系统执行所述方法。本发明通过列车动力电池、充电终端之间控制信息与故障信息的实时互传,针对不同的故障工况执行预先设定好的处理流程,进而实现对整个充电流程的控制和故障保护,提高了系统的可靠性与安全等级。
