The invention provides a thermal management system and method for a hybrid tractor. The hybrid power tractor thermal management system comprises an engine heat dissipation mechanism, a hydraulic heat dissipation mechanism, a motor heat dissipation mechanism, a battery heat dissipation mechanism, a plurality of heat dissipation devices, a heat dissipation fan mechanism used for dissipating heat of the heat dissipation devices and a controller. The multiple heat dissipation devices are connected with the engine heat dissipation mechanism, the hydraulic heat dissipation mechanism, the motor heat dissipation mechanism and the battery heat dissipation mechanism in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the multiple heat dissipation devices are integrated and located on the air outlet side of the heat dissipation fan mechanism, and temperature detection mechanisms are arranged at inlets and outlets of the multiple heat dissipation devices correspondingly. The temperature detection mechanism and the cooling fan mechanism are both connected with the controller. All the heat dissipation devices share one set of heat dissipation fan mechanism, integrated heat management is achieved, and heat dissipation of all heat dissipation mechanisms of the tractor is completed. The number of fans is reduced, a heat management system is convenient to arrange, energy loss is reduced, and overall energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种混合动力拖拉机热管理系统及方法。混合动力拖拉机热管理系统包括:发动机散热机构、液压散热机构、电机散热机构、电池散热机构、多个散热装置、用于对多个散热装置进行散热的散热风扇机构以及控制器,多个散热装置一一对应与发动机散热机构、液压散热机构、电机散热机构、电池散热机构连接,多个散热装置集成一体设置,多个散热装置均位于散热风扇机构的出风侧,多个散热装置的入口和出口分别设有温度检测机构,温度检测机构以及散热风扇机构均与控制器连接。各个散热装置共用一套散热风扇机构,集成式热管理,完成对拖拉机各个散热机构的散热。减少风扇数量,便于布置热管理系统,减少能源损失,降低整体耗能。
