The invention discloses an energy-saving ship tail shaft sealing device which structurally comprises a tail shaft, a bearing and a sealing cylinder, the tail shaft penetrates through the bearing, the bearing is installed in the sealing cylinder, the tail shaft is located in the sealing cylinder, a joint plate abuts against a connecting seam of two detachable cylinder plates, the sealing performance of installation and connection of the two detachable cylinder plates is improved, and the sealing performance of the two detachable cylinder plates is improved. When the tail shaft rotates in the bearing, the attaching piece elastically abuts against and buffers the outer side of the bearing, the sealing effect of the bearing between the dismounting cylinder plate and the tail shaft is improved, cooling water is injected through the water inlet pipe, and a bent structure is formed through the conduction pipe and the cooling pipe, so that the cooling water flows in the dismounting cylinder plate from top to bottom in a bent mode; and meanwhile, rotating airflow generated by rotation of the tail shaft pokes the poking plates outwards, the torsion shaft resets the two connected poking plates, low-temperature cooling water in the cooling pipe is poked to the tail shaft, and high-temperature deformation of the sealing ring connected between the tail shaft and the bearing is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种节能型船舶尾轴密封装置,其结构包括尾轴、轴承、密封筒,括尾轴贯穿于轴承内部,并且轴承安装在密封筒内部,尾轴位于密封筒内部,接缝板抵触在两个拆卸筒板的连接缝之间,提高两个拆卸筒板安装连接的密封性,尾轴在轴承内部进行转动时,贴合片对轴承外侧进行弹性抵触缓冲,提高轴承在拆卸筒板与尾轴之间进行密封的效果,经过进水管注入冷却水,通过传导管和冷却管形成弯折型结构,使得冷却水在拆卸筒板内部从上往下进行弯折流动,同时尾轴的转动产生的旋转气流对拨板往外进行拨动,而扭力轴对两个连接的拨板进行复位,将冷却管内部冷却水的低温拨向尾轴处,避免连接在尾轴与轴承之间的密封环发生高温形变。
