The invention relates to a construction platform capable of being used for overwater operation. The construction platform comprises a main platform (1) and a plurality of first telescopic supporting legs (2a) used for supporting the main platform (1). The device is characterized in that a plurality of frames (3) are arranged on the main platform (1), mounting seats (5) are arranged in the frames (3), second telescopic supporting legs (2b) used for supporting the main platform (1) are arranged on the mounting seats (5), first hydraulic cylinders (4a) used for driving the second telescopic supporting legs (2b) to slide in the frames (3) in the first direction are mounted on the frames (3) or the main platform (1), and second hydraulic cylinders (4b) used for driving the second telescopic supporting legs (2b) to slide in the second direction are mounted on the main platform (1). A second hydraulic cylinder (4b) used for driving the second telescopic supporting leg (2b) to slide in the frame (3) in the second direction is installed on the frame (3) or the main platform (1). The whole driving structure is arranged in the frame, the frame and the main platform can be regarded as a whole, the supporting force of the second telescopic supporting legs to the ship body is dispersed to the whole ship body through the mounting bases, and compared with the situation that background weight is not weak, the rigidity of the whole construction platform is higher.
