    本发明公开了一种行星机构安全制动器,包括卷筒轴、锁止螺母、电动制动器、行星机构和机壳,机壳的一端通过螺栓固定连接有卷筒轴,机壳的外侧通过螺栓固定连接有固定卷筒支架,机壳的另一端通过长螺栓固定安装有电动制动器,机壳内部转动连接有与卷筒轴连接的连接轴,连接轴的一端设有太阳轮轴,太阳轮轴上连接有行星机构,行星机构包括中心轮、行星轮、太阳轮和齿圈,机壳内部设有位于行星机构一端的锁止螺母,锁止螺母上安装有摩擦片,并安装在太阳轮上,本发明一种行星机构安全制动器,此结构可以安装到各类起升及卷扬滚筒末端的卷筒轴上,占用空间小而且制动扭矩均衡,不会因制动力在滚筒四边不均导致滚筒翘起,及剧烈震动。
