The invention discloses a method for determining the actual position and the actual normal direction of a to-be-formed hole of an airplane. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring theoretical coordinates (xs, ys, zs) and a theoretical normal vector ns of a normal endpoint of a reference hole, and acquiring actual coordinates (xw, yw, zw) and an actual normal vector nw of the normal endpoint of the reference hole; the theoretical coordinates of the normal endpoints of the datum holes and the to-be-formed hole are shifted by the distance of d in the theoretical normal direction, a normal shifting imaginary curved surface is formed, and the theoretical coordinates (xs', ys' and zs') and the actual coordinates (xw ', yw' and zw ') of the normal endpoints of the datum holes on the imaginary curved surface are calculated by the theoretical coordinates (xs', ys' and zs'); the theoretical coordinates (x0, y0 and z0) of the normal endpoint of the to-be-formed hole are calculated, the theoretical coordinates of the normal endpoint of the reference hole are used as input, the coordinate offset is used as output, and the hole position deviation of the reference hole and the hole position deviation of the theoretical normal endpoint of the reference hole on the imaginary curved surface are calculated; three kriging agent models between the two are established; the actual coordinate of the normal endpoint of the to-be-formed hole and the actual coordinate after offset are calculated, so that the actual normal vector of the to-be-formed hole can be obtained.

    本发明公开了一种用于确定飞机待制孔实际位置及实际法向的方法:获取基准孔的法向端点的理论坐标(xs,ys,zs)与理论法向量ns,实际坐标(xw,yw,zw)与实际法向量nw;将各个基准孔与待制孔的法向端点的理论坐标沿着理论法向偏移d的距离,形成一法向偏移假想曲面,假想曲面上的基准孔法向端点理论坐标(xs',ys',zs'),实际坐标(xw',yw',zw'),分别计算基准孔的孔位偏差以及其在假想曲面上的理论法向端点的孔位偏差:待制孔的法向端点的理论坐标(x0,y0,z0),以基准孔的法向端点的理论坐标为输入,坐标偏移量为输出,建立二者之间的3个kriging代理模型:计算出待制孔的法向端点的实际坐标及偏移后的实际坐标,从而可得待制孔的实际法向量。
