The invention discloses a container ship deep oil tank dry dock strength test method, which is characterized in that under the condition that water does not enter a dry dock in a dock, a deep oil tank area oil tank strength test is completed when a ship is located on a docking block, and comprises the following steps of: firstly, arranging the docking block and a supporting column at the ship bottom and the bilge position of a ship body; the method comprises the following steps of: establishing a docking block, dividing oil tanks to be subjected to strength test in a deep oil tank area into batches, calculating and checking the strength of each oil tank by establishing a finite element model, and completing the strength test of each oil tank in batches after the rated load of the docking block and the local strength of a ship body structure are met. The deep oil tank area oil tank strength test is completed in the dock and under the condition that water does not enter the dry dock, the water injection and drainage cost of the dock is saved, the ship launching integrity is improved, and the wharf construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱船深油舱干坞强度试验方法,该方法通过在船坞内且是干坞不进水的情况下,在船舶坐落在坞墩上完成深油舱区域油舱强度试验,首先通过在船体的船底和舭部位置布置坞墩和支撑柱,并对深油舱区域要进行强度试验的各油舱分批次,再通过建立有限元模型对各油舱进行强度计算校核,在满足坞墩额定载荷及船体结构局部强度后,分批次完成各个油舱的强度试验。本发明在船坞内且是干坞不进水的情况下完成深油舱区域油舱强度试验不仅节约了船坞注水和排水成本,而且提高了船舶下水完整性,缩短了码头建造周期。
