The wind scooper outer plate and the wind scooper blades are designed in an integrated mode, integrated injection molding is adopted, a plurality of independent wind scooper blades are omitted, the number of parts is effectively reduced, the assembly link is omitted, and lightweight design is achieved. According to the design method, the arrangement of the blades of the wind scooper is adjusted through CFD analysis, air resistance is reduced, and fuel oil loss of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种轻量化载重汽车导风罩及其设计方法,属于车辆零部件技术领域,导风罩包括其上集成有导风罩叶片的导风罩外板和导风罩内板,导风罩叶片与导风罩外板之间一体化注塑成型,导风罩外板与导风罩叶片之间设有间断性的防缩痕凹槽。导风罩外板和导风罩叶片集成设计,采用一体化注塑成型,取消了多个独立的导风罩叶片,有效的减少了零件数量,取消了装配环节,实现了轻量化设计。设计方法是通过CFD分析来调整导风罩叶片的布置,实现降低空气阻力,减少整车燃油损耗。
