The vehicle control unit is respectively connected with the electric switch pedal and the accelerator pedal simulation controller, the accelerator pedal simulation controller is connected with the engine controller, and the engine controller is connected with the range extending engine. According to the invention, the problem that the signal of the electric pedal in the extended-range electric vehicle is inconsistent with the signal of the accelerator pedal of the traditional vehicle is solved, the traditional engine controller and the whole vehicle controller can be continuously applied to the extended-range electric vehicle, and the practicability is very good.
本发明的目的是提出一种增程式电动车的增程发动机的控制系统及控制方法,可以直接利用现有的发动机控制器,从而避免因为改动发动机控制器而增加增程式电动车的开发周期和成本。本发明的增程式电动车的增程发动机的控制系统包括用于控制驱动电机的电门踏板、增程发动机、用于控制所述增程发动机的发动机控制器,以及整车控制器和油门踏板模拟控制器,所述整车控制器分别与电门踏板、油门踏板模拟控制器相连,所述油门踏板模拟控制器与发动机控制器相连,所述发动机控制器与增程发动机相连。本发明解决了增程式电动车中电动踏板与处传统汽车油门踏板信号不一致的问题,可以将传统发动机控制器和整车控制器沿用到增程式电动车上,具有很好的实用性。
