The invention discloses a stable heavy truck brake pad pressure spring device which comprises a brake disc and a brake device arranged above the outside of the brake disc, and further comprises two brake pads, two brake shoes, a fixing block, a traction rope, a traction block, a positioning nail, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a limiting plate, a mounting cover, a compensation mechanism and a spring protection mechanism. Through cooperation of a first compensation rack, a traction rope, a linkage gear and a second protection rack, the problem that when a brake pad is abraded, the opening angle of a brake shoe is increased, an upper reset spring needs to be stretched to be longer, and consequently the spring is prone to fatigue is solved, and no matter how much the brake pad is abraded, the safety of the brake pad is improved. The upper reset spring is always kept in an initial non-stretched state when braking is not carried out, the service life of the upper reset spring is greatly prolonged, the fatigue period of the upper reset spring is prolonged, reset of a brake pad is guaranteed, and meanwhile work of an ABS is more convenient.

    本发明公开了一种稳定的重卡刹车片压簧装置,包括刹车盘和设置在刹车盘外部上方的制动装置,还包括两个刹车片、两个刹车蹄、固定块、牵引绳、牵引块、定位钉、液压油缸、限位板、安装罩、补偿机构和弹簧保护机构。本发明通过第一补偿齿条、牵引绳、联动齿轮和第二保护齿条的配合,实现了避免出现刹车片磨损时刹车蹄需要张开的角度变大,导致上复位弹簧需要拉伸的更长,从而导致弹簧容易疲软的问题,并且无论在刹车片磨损多少的情况下,一直保持在没有制动时上复位弹簧处于初始未拉伸的状态,极大的提高了上复位弹簧的使用寿命,延长了上复位弹簧的疲软周期,保证刹车片的复位,同时更加便于ABS防抱死系统的工作。
