The invention discloses an ECVT hybrid power device with a coaxially arranged differential gear transmission system, which adopts a differential transmission system, uses a two-stage basin angle gear transmission structure, is coaxially arranged with an engine, fixes a differential basin gear through a basin gear fixing sleeve and is arranged on a driving shaft seat, and a step-shaped structure is processed in the fixing sleeve and is used for mounting a tapered roller bearing; a tapered roller bearing is tightly pressed on a driving shaft seat through a fastening screw and a fastening nut, a speed regulation driven gear is additionally arranged on a basin tooth at a driven end, and a difference value is generated between the rotating speeds of differential basin teeth at the two ends under the control of a speed regulation motor, so that a differential angle square generates torque on the axis of the differential basin teeth; and the differential angle square and the driving shaft seat are forced to revolve on the axis so as to realize speed regulation and torque conversion from the input shaft to the output shaft. Under the condition that the engine is continuously in the optimal efficiency state, the vehicle can still achieve the functions of gear shifting, speed regulation and the like, oil consumption and carbon emission of the vehicle can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the engine is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种同轴心布置差动齿轮传动系的ECVT混合动力装置,采用差动传动系,使用二级盆角齿传动结构,与发动机同轴心布置,通过盆齿固定套固定差动盆齿,安装在驱动轴座上,在固定套内加工出台阶状的结构用于安装圆锥滚子轴承,通过紧固螺丝和紧固螺母将圆锥滚子轴承压紧在驱动轴座上,在从动端的盆齿上加装一个调速从动齿轮,通过调速电机的控制,使两端的差动盆齿转速产生差值,使差动角尺在差动盆齿轴线上产生转矩,迫使差动角尺及驱动轴座在其轴线上进行公转,以实现从输入轴到输出轴的调速变矩。本发明在保证发动机持续在最佳效率的状态下,车辆依然可以实现变档调速等功能,可以大幅减少汽车的油耗和碳排放并延长发动机寿命。
