The invention discloses a large-scale mechanical-electrical-thermal integrated joint in space. Comprising a joint body, a joint main transmission assembly, a quick connection male assembly, a quick connection female assembly, a forward electromechanical limiting device, a reverse electromechanical limiting device, a joint controller, a main power module, a backup power module, a one-dimensional torque sensor, a rotary transformer, an output gear assembly, a cable assembly and a thermal control assembly. The joint controller and the power module both adopt a hardware backup mode, and the thermal control assembly adopts a thermal control mode combining active thermal control and passive thermal control. The joint has the advantages of being high in integration degree, high in intelligent degree, high in reliability, suitable for the space thermal environment and the irradiation environment and the like, and the problems that mechanical, electrical and thermal integrated design of a space joint is poor in sensing capacity and high in reliability, and the motion range does not exceed 360 degrees are solved.
