A first constant current circuit (210) is provided in series with a plurality of light emitting elements (112) between an input terminal (IN) and a ground terminal (GND), and is capable of switching between ON and OFF states in accordance with a first enable signal (EN1). A second constant current circuit (210) is provided between the input terminal (IN) and the ground terminal (GND) in series with a portion of the plurality of light-emitting elements (112), and is capable of switching between ON and OFF states in accordance with a second enable signal (EN2). In a third voltage range in which the input voltage (VIN) is lower than the first threshold value (VTH1) and higher than the second threshold value (VTH2), the control circuit (220) reduces the duty factor of the first enable signal (EN1) and increases the duty factor of the second enable signal (EN2) as the input voltage (VIN) is lower.
