The invention belongs to the technical field of flight control systems, and discloses an aircraft flap redundancy control system and method.The instruction output end of a flap control handle is connected with the first instruction input end of a flap control computer; the flap control handle sends a flap folding and unfolding instruction to the flap control computer; an instruction output end of the flap standby switch is connected with a second instruction input end of the flap control computer; the flap standby switch sends a flap folding and unfolding instruction to the flap control computer; the instruction output end of the flap control computer is connected with the instruction input end of the flap control mechanism; the flap control computer is used for controlling the difference value between the flap folding and unfolding instruction and the flap position; and the control instruction is sent to the flap control mechanism, and the flap control mechanism achieves folding and unfolding of the flap according to the control instruction. Priority control over flap folding and unfolding is achieved by introducing an interlocking logic decision circuit, multiple normal, standby and emergency control modes of flaps are provided for a driver to use, the reliability and safety of a flap control system are improved, and flight safety is ensured.
