The invention provides a power take-off control method and device, a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of control, and the method comprises the steps that in response to a power take-off connection signal sent after a specific key is operated by a user, first control is executed to control a clutch of the vehicle to be disengaged and engaged; after the first control is executed, second control is executed to control the power takeoff to be in a working state; after the second control is executed, third control is executed to control the clutch to be disengaged and engaged; wherein the triggering condition for executing the second control is that a first feedback signal is received within a first preset time after the first control is executed; and/or a triggering condition for executing the third control is that a second feedback signal is received within a second preset time after the second control is executed.
