The invention discloses an emergency stop switch configuration method and device for improving the safety level of an automobile and a vehicle. The emergency stop switch configuration device comprises a battery power module, a fuse, an emergency stop switch, a vehicle control unit, a battery energy storage system controller and a battery controller, and the battery power module is electrically connected with the fuse and the emergency stop switch in series; the emergency stop switch is electrically connected with the vehicle control unit, the battery energy storage system controller and the battery power supply module through input PINs, and the vehicle control unit is in communication connection with the battery energy storage system controller through a CAN bus; the vehicle control unit, the battery energy storage system controller and the battery power supply module collect and monitor the change of a voltage signal of the emergency stop switch through input PINs; the vehicle control unit and the battery energy storage system controller are in communication connection through a CAN bus and carry out two-way verification on voltage data. According to the invention, the safety level of emergency stop switch monitoring is improved, and the voltage data is verified in two paths, so that the acquisition and monitoring of the voltage data are more accurate, the monitoring of the emergency stop switch is more guaranteed, and the research and development are safer.

    本发明公开了一种提高汽车安全等级的急停开关配置方法、装置及车辆,包括电池电源模块、熔断器、急停开关、整车控制器、电池储能系统控制器和电池控制器,电池电源模块与熔断器及急停开关串联电连接,急停开关通过输入PIN脚电连接整车控制器、电池储能系统控制器及电池电源模块,整车控制器与电池储能系统控制器通过CAN总线通讯连接;整车控制器、电池储能系统控制器及电池电源模块通过输入PIN脚来采集及监控急停开关的电压信号的变化;整车控制器和电池储能系统控制器通过CAN总线通讯连接并对电压数据进行双路校验。本发明提高了急停开关监控的安全等级,双路校验电压数据,使得电压数据的采集及监控更加精准,急停开关的监控更有保障,研发更安全。
