The invention discloses a zero-gravity adjusting mechanism of an automobile seat, which relates to the technical field of automobile seats, and comprises a slide rail, a telescopic part connected with the slide rail, a front connecting rod connected with the telescopic part, a seat frame side plate connected with the front connecting rod, a height adjusting part connected with the seat frame side plate, and a rear connecting rod connected with the height adjusting part and the slide rail, the telescopic part drives the front connecting rod to move so as to adjust the angle of the seat frame, and the height adjusting part drives the rear connecting rod to move so as to adjust the height of the seat frame; the telescopic part comprises a connecting support connected with the sliding rail, a sliding groove plate which is arranged on the sliding rail, used for guiding the front connecting rod to do reciprocating motion and provided with a sliding groove, a telescopic motor arranged on the connecting support and a front transverse pipe connected with the telescopic motor and the front connecting rod. The height and angle of the seat cushion can be adjusted, meanwhile, the backrest is adjusted, a passenger can reach a zero-gravity posture, the comfort is remarkably improved, the structure is relatively simple, the number of hinge points is small, the structural stability is high, and movement adjustment can be rapidly responded.

    本发明公开了一种汽车座椅的零重力调节机构,涉及汽车座椅技术领域,包括滑轨、与滑轨连接的伸缩部、与伸缩部连接的前连杆、与前连杆连接的座框边板、与座框边板连接的高调部、连接高调部与滑轨的后连杆,所述伸缩部带动所述前连杆运动以调节座框角度,所述高调部带动所述后连杆运动以调节座框高度;所述伸缩部包括与滑轨连接的连接支架、设置在滑轨上用于引导前连杆往复运动的带有滑槽的滑槽板、设置在连接支架上的伸缩电机、连接伸缩电机与前连杆的前横管;本发明可实现坐垫高度与角度调节,同时再调节靠背,使乘客达到零重力姿态,显著提高舒适性,而且结构相对简单,铰接点少,结构稳定性高,能够快速响应调节运动。
