The induction camera is used for detecting that the vehicle runs to the corresponding position to trigger the induction effect of the corresponding LCD display screen; the LCD display screen is used for displaying the guide information sent by the management system according to a set rule when a vehicle is available; the license plate recognition unit is used for recognizing a vehicle license plate and sending a recognition result to the management system; the management system is used for assigning a driving route according to the vehicle number information and the unoccupied parking space information and then sending the driving route to the LCD display screen; the parking space monitoring module is used for monitoring whether a vehicle exists in a parking space or not and whether the vehicle corresponds to the parking space number or not, and uploading a detection result to the management system. According to the invention, a more real-time and friendly guiding effect is provided for vehicle owners according to different combinations in different directions of the parking lot in a monitoring and display mode combined with the induction camera and the LCD.
