The invention discloses a creeping noise analysis method, a creeping noise test method and a creeping noise test device for a vehicle braking system. The creeping noise analysis method for the vehicle braking system comprises the following steps: acquiring creeping noise test data of a to-be-tested braking system mounted on a vehicle under various brake states, wherein the brake states comprise a normal-temperature brake state, a watering brake state and a watering overnight brake state; obtaining a weight coefficient of each brake state; and acquiring the creeping noise level of the brake system to be tested according to the creeping noise test data in each brake state and the weight coefficient. According to the creeping noise analysis method for the vehicle braking system, the influence of the braking working condition, the environment humidity and the braking system friction pair state on braking creeping noise can be comprehensively considered, so that the overall creeping noise level of the braking system is comprehensively analyzed, and compared with the prior art, the testing is more comprehensive, and the testing efficiency is improved. And the overall creeping noise level of the braking system is analyzed more reasonably.

    本申请公开了一种车辆制动系统用蠕动噪声分析方法、测试方法及装置。所述车辆制动系统用蠕动噪声分析方法包括:获取安装在车辆上的待测试制动系统在各个制动器状态下的蠕动噪声测试数据,所述制动器状态包括常温制动器状态、洒水制动器状态以及洒水隔夜制动器状态;获取各个制动器状态的权重系数;根据各个制动器状态下的蠕动噪声测试数据以及权重系数,获取待测试制动系统的蠕动噪声水平。本申请的车辆制动系统用蠕动噪声分析方法能够综合考虑制动工况、环境湿度、制动系统摩擦副状态对制动蠕动噪声的影响,从而综合分析制动系统的整体蠕动噪声水平,相对于现有技术而言,测试更为全面,且分析制动系统的整体蠕动噪声水平更为合理。
