The invention discloses a block hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation: preparing a supporting chain for surrounding the periphery of a block, a bearing chain for bearing the bottom of the block and a hoisting rigging for connecting the supporting chain with hoisting equipment; s2, preliminary hoisting is conducted, specifically, the periphery of the block needing to be hoisted is fixedly sleeved with a supporting chain, then hoisting equipment is started, and the block needing to be hoisted is hoisted upwards by a certain distance; and S3, complete hoisting is conducted, specifically, in the process that the block needing to be hoisted is hoisted upwards by a certain distance, the bearing chain falls downwards and is supported at the bottom of the block needing to be hoisted, and then the hoisting equipment is started to hoist the block needing to be hoisted to the designated position. When the block hoisting device is used, hoisting can be carried out only by sleeving the fixing assembly on the lower middle portion of a block, construction is more convenient and flexible, meanwhile, the requirement for labor force is greatly reduced, the working efficiency of block hoisting is greatly improved, and cost is saved.
