The invention discloses a thermal management system of a tilt-rotor aircraft, and relates to the technical field of aircrafts. The system comprises a cooling part, a wing heat exchange part and a cabin environment control part which are communicated through a cooling loop, the cooling loop comprises a main loop and a branch loop, the main loop is connected with the cooling part and the wing heat exchange part, and the branch loop is connected with the cabin environment control part. The main loop and the branch loop are used for cooling equipment needing to be cooled in a liquid cooling mode, a liquid cooling medium is used as a heat transfer medium, and cooling control is provided for the equipment needing to be cooled. Interaction and fusion of an airborne cooling system, a wing anti-icing system and a cabin environment control system of the tilt-rotor aircraft can be realized, so that multiple functions of airborne equipment cooling, wing anti-icing and cabin temperature management are realized, the equipment types and systems of the tilt-rotor aircraft are simplified, and the weight of the whole aircraft is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种倾转旋翼飞行器热管理系统,涉及飞行器技术领域。所述系统包括:冷却部分、机翼换热部分和机舱环控部分,各个部分通过冷却回路进行连通,冷却回路包括主回路和支线回路,主回路连接冷却部分和机翼换热部分,支线回路连接机舱环控部分,主回路和支线回路采用液冷方式对需要冷却的设备进行冷却,使用液态冷却介质作为热量传递介质,为需要冷却的设备提供冷却控制。本发明能够实现倾转旋翼飞行器机载冷却系统,机翼防冰系统,机舱环境控制系统的交互与融合,从而实现机载设备冷却,机翼防冰和机舱温度管理的多种功能,简化倾转旋翼飞行器设备种类和系统,减轻整机重量。
