The invention discloses a flapping-wing micro aircraft with an 8-shaped wingtip track. The flapping-wing micro aircraft comprises a rack, a transmission system, a planar four-bar mechanism, a spatial four-bar mechanism, a motor frame, a wing mechanism, a supporting rod and an empennage mechanism. According to the invention, a single-motor driving mode is utilized, the required rotating speed is output by adopting two-stage speed reduction, the energy utilization rate is improved, an 8-shaped wingtip track similar to real birds and insects is realized by utilizing a plane four-bar mechanism and a space four-bar mechanism which are symmetrically arranged, and the motion stability of the flapping wing mechanism is improved while the relatively large flight lift force is achieved; output turning is achieved through the small gear bevel and the large gear bevel, and installation of all parts is facilitated; the empennage is controlled by the swing driver to move left and right, so that the structure is simplified, the efficiency is improved, and the aircraft can realize multi-degree-of-freedom flight; the whole flapping wing micro aircraft has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, high transmission efficiency, good aerodynamic performance, multiple flight attitudes and high bionic property.

    本发明公开了一种8字形翼尖轨迹的扑翼微型飞行器,包括机架、传动系统、平面四杆机构、空间四杆机构、电机架、翅膀机构、支撑杆及尾翼机构。本发明利用单电机驱动方式,采用二级减速即输出所需转速,提高了能量利用率,利用对称布置的平面四杆和空间四杆机构,实现与真实鸟类和昆虫类似的“8”字形翼尖轨迹,具有较大飞行升力的同时,提高了扑翼机构运动的稳定性,利用小齿轮伞和大齿轮伞实现输出变向,便于各零件的安装;尾翼利用摆动驱动器控制左右运动,简化结构,提高效率,使飞行器能够实现多自由度的飞行;整体的扑翼微型飞行器具有轻重量,结构紧凑,传动效率高,气动性能好,飞行姿态多,仿生性高的优点。
