The anchor (40) has an anchor brake (50) configured to immobilize the anchor rod (42) relative to the electric actuator (20) in a normal operating mode or to allow the electric actuator (20) to move relative to the anchor rod (42) in a safe operating mode in response to a request of the computer (60).
