The invention provides a coordination control method and system for double-clutch combined starting of a power vehicle carrying a DCT. The coordination control method comprises the steps that S1, the starting working condition and vehicle information are obtained; s2, the starting intention of a driver is recognized according to the opening degree of the accelerator pedal and the change rate of the accelerator pedal; s3, on the basis of the starting intention of the driver, clutch combination oil pressure is deduced in combination with a wet clutch oil pressure controller, and then transmission torque is controlled; and S4, the separation threshold value of the clutch is judged according to the starting intention of the driver. The problems that in the single clutch starting process of the DCT, temperature rise of a clutch disc is obvious, and sliding friction work is uneven are solved, clutch loss is reduced, and the service life of the clutch is prolonged; the slip rate and the separation threshold value of the clutch are judged by considering the starting intention of a driver, the power performance and economical efficiency of starting of the power vehicle are effectively considered, the starting time is shortened, and tail gas emission is reduced.
本发明提供了一种搭载DCT的动力车辆双离合器联合起步的协调控制方法及系统,包括:步骤S1:获取起步工况及车辆信息;步骤S2:根据加速踏板开度及其变化率识别驾驶员的起步意图;步骤S3:基于驾驶员起步意图,结合湿式离合器油压控制器推导离合器结合油压,进而控制传递扭矩;步骤S4:根据驾驶员起步意图判断离合器的分离阈值。本发明解决了DCT在单离合器起步过程中,离合器片温升明显、滑磨功不均匀的问题,减小离合器损耗、提升其使用寿命;考虑了驾驶员起步意图判断离合器的滑转率和分离阈值有效兼顾动力车辆起步的动力性和经济性,缩短起步时间、降低尾气排放。
