    本发明公开了一种汽车的电池包防护结构及汽车,涉及电池包防护技术领域,其包括:传力框架组件,其包括至少一组传力框架单元和两根第二传力梁,两根第二传力梁沿汽车的宽度方向间隔设置,传力框架单元设于两根第二传力梁之间,传力框架单元与每根第二传力梁的两端均相连,传力框架单元和第二传力梁均与汽车的电池包间隔设置;至少四个第二连接头组件,其组设于汽车的车架,且每个第二连接头组件均与一个第二传力梁和传力框架单元相连;防护板,其贴设于传力框架单元和第二传力梁底部,且电池包在水平面上的投影面处于防护板在水平面上的投影面之中。本发明中通过设置传力框架结构,将底部防护板所受的碰撞力分散传递到车架上,使电池包得到保护。
