The invention discloses a battery compartment anti-condensation system of an integrated passenger car top cover and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric passenger cars, the battery compartment anti-condensation system comprises a battery compartment integrally arranged on the passenger car top cover, and a plurality of battery modules are arranged in the battery compartment at intervals; the battery compartment is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve are respectively arranged at the air inlet and the air outlet; the anti-condensation system comprises an inflating pump, a dryer and a whole vehicle control module which are arranged outside the battery bin. The whole vehicle control module is in control connection with the inflating pump; the blast pump is sequentially connected to the dryer and the first one-way valve through a ventilation loop. In the working process, if the air humidity in the battery bin is high, dry air can be injected into the battery bin at regular intervals through the inflating pump and the dryer, so that the wet air is discharged out of a vehicle from the air outlet through the second one-way valve, it is ensured that the air in the battery bin is kept dry, and the condensation phenomenon is prevented when the temperature difference between the interior and the exterior of the bin is large; and the problems in the prior art are effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种集成式客车顶盖的电池仓防凝露系统及其控制方法,涉电动客车技术领域,包括集成设置于客车顶盖的电池仓,电池仓内相互间隔地排列布置有若干电池模组;电池仓设有进气口和出气口,并在进气口和出气口处分别设有第一单向阀和第二单向阀;防凝露系统包括设置于电池仓外部的打气泵、干燥器和整车控制模块;整车控制模块控制连接于打气泵;打气泵通过换气回路依次连接于干燥器和第一单向阀。工作时,若电池仓内的空气湿度较高,可通过打气泵和干燥器定期为电池仓内注入干燥的空气,使得湿润的空气经第二单向阀从出气口处排出至车外,由此确保电池仓的空气保持干燥,防止仓内外温差较大时出现凝露现象,有效地克服了现有技术存在的问题。
