The invention relates to an underwater eccentric double-rotation-shaft laser scanner. The underwater eccentric double-rotation-shaft laser scanner comprises a laser radar instrument structure and an underwater vehicle structure. The laser radar instrument structure comprises a radar main body part and an eccentric shaft part. According to the invention, through a staggered arrangement structure with double shafts not concentric, all-directional scanning of surrounding scenes is ensured when the scanner works, and the problem that a part of a concentric double-shaft scanner scanning around a Z axis is shielded by a machine body in a scanning process during scanning so that a scanning scene is not comprehensive is avoided. The workload of repeated scanning is further reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The laser radar scanner is carried by adopting the unmanned submersible, so that the unmanned submersible can be applied to the fields of marine environment, underwater target detection and the like, such as water depth estimation, marine chlorophyll concentration, marine pollution detection and the like.

    本发明涉及一种水下偏心双旋轴激光扫描仪。所述水下偏心双旋轴激光扫描仪包括:激光雷达仪器结构、潜航器结构;所述激光雷达仪器结构包括雷达主体部分、偏心轴部分。本发明通过双轴不同心的错位布置结构,保证了在扫描仪工作时的百分百对周围场景的全方位扫描,避免了在扫描时出现同心双轴扫描仪在扫描过程中绕Z轴扫描的一部分会被机身遮挡而导致扫描场景不全面的问题出现,进一步减少了重复扫描的工作量,提高了工作效率。本发明采用无人潜水器的方式搭载激光雷达扫描仪,从而使其可以应用于海洋环境和水下目标探测等领域,如水深估测、海洋叶绿素浓度和海洋污染探测等。
