The invention provides a small waterplane area catamaran towing test device and test method. The test device comprises a small waterplane area catamaran model, a dragging device and a measuring assembly. And the upper ends of the first and second sheet structures of the model are fixedly connected with the right and left sides of the fixed frame beam respectively and incline at a preset angle. The second sheet structure and the first sheet structure are symmetrical about the middle longitudinal section. A power device of the dragging device is used for moving along a track parallel to the water surface, the dragging structure is rotationally connected with the first sheet structure and the second sheet structure, the joint is a first dragging point and a second dragging point which are intersection points of a transverse section where the gravity center of the ship model is located and two thrust axes, and a connecting line of the dragging points is a model trim rotating axis. The dragging structure is vertically and slidably connected with the power device. The transverse movement and transverse inclination preventing structure is used for limiting transverse inclination rotation of the model. The measuring assembly measures the trim angle, the heaving amount and the drag force. According to the method, geometric similarity of a drag force action point and a real ship thrust action point is realized, and the longitudinal motion freedom degree of heaving and pitching of the model is ensured.

    本申请提供一种小水线面双体船拖曳试验装置及试验方法。试验装置包括小水线面双体船模型、拖曳装置和测量组件。模型的第一和第二片体结构上端分别与固定框梁右左两侧固连且倾斜预定角度。第二与第一片体结构关于中间纵剖面对称。拖曳装置的动力装置用于沿平行水面轨迹运动,拖曳结构与第一第二片体结构转动连接且连接处为第一和第二拖曳点,其分别为船模型重心所在横剖面与两根推力轴线交点,拖曳点连线为模型纵倾转动轴线。拖曳结构与动力装置竖直滑动连接。防横移横倾结构用于限制模型横倾转动。测量组件测量纵倾角、升沉量及拖曳力。本申请实现了拖曳力作用点与实船推力作用点的几何相似,保证了模型垂荡和纵摇的纵向运动自由度。
