According to the municipal pipeline construction device based on the hoisting hook seat and the using method, the municipal pipeline construction device comprises a vehicle-mounted device used for being connected with a hoisting rope and a clamping opening device arranged on the vehicle-mounted device, through the clamping opening device, municipal pipelines are hung and fixedly connected, through the vehicle-mounted device, position movement of the municipal pipelines in a groove is achieved, and the municipal pipelines can be conveniently and rapidly connected. And the technical problem that the municipal pipeline is inconvenient to move in the groove is solved, so that the construction efficiency of the municipal pipeline is improved.

    一种基于吊装钩座的市政管道施工装置和使用方法,包含有用于与吊装绳联接的车载装置、设置在车载装置上的夹装口装置,通过夹装口装置,实现了对市政管道进行吊挂固定连接,通过车载装置,实现了对市政管道在沟槽内进行位置移动,解决了对市政管道在沟槽内进行移动不方便的技术问题,因此提高了市政管道施工效率。
