Comprising a crane, a travelling mechanism, an electric hoist and a lifting hook, the crane comprises a slewing mechanism, a leveling mechanism and a cantilever main beam, the slewing mechanism is used for being arranged on a flat car, and the end of the cantilever main beam is connected with the upper end of the slewing mechanism; the leveling mechanism is arranged on the slewing mechanism and used for driving the cantilever main beam to swing in the left-right direction; the travelling crane mechanism is arranged on the cantilever main beam and moves along the cantilever main beam; the electric hoist is arranged on the travelling crane mechanism and is connected with the lifting hook. The slewing mechanism is arranged to adjust the orientation of the cantilever main beam, so that the electric hoist and the lifting hook are conveniently driven to approach materials, and the leveling mechanism is arranged to adjust the heights of the left end and the right end of the cantilever main beam to be the same, so that the traveling mechanism can drive the electric hoist to move right above the materials; therefore, the fixed column type cantilever crane can be normally used under the condition that the track is deflected.
