According to the distributed bearing triggering type buffering and energy-absorbing aircraft passenger cabin luggage rack structure, a cavity area at the bottom of a luggage rack box body is filled with a honeycomb structure used for absorbing energy, a safety air bag system is installed in the cavity area of the luggage rack box body, and the luggage rack box body is connected with the upper portion of a cabin through a buffering and energy-absorbing connecting device; when an airplane has accidents such as falling and collision, firstly, the honeycomb structure filled in the cavity area at the bottom of the luggage rack box body can realize first-step energy absorption; then, the buffer energy absorption connecting device starts to play a role to realize second-step energy absorption; when the sensor detects a damage signal, the safety air bag assembly starts to work, the safety air bag is rapidly expanded and unfolded to achieve third-step energy absorption, the safety air bag is rapidly expanded and unfolded to achieve the buffering effect, and secondary damage to passengers caused by falling of the luggage rack is avoided; the defect that a traditional luggage rack cannot achieve the buffering and energy absorbing performance under the high-speed impact effect is overcome, the maximum impact load can be effectively reduced, and the energy absorbing and protecting effect can be achieved.

    一种分布承载可触发式缓冲吸能飞机客舱行李架结构,行李架箱体的底部空腔区域填充有用于吸能的蜂窝结构,行李架箱体的空腔区域安装安全气囊系统,行李架箱体通过缓冲吸能连接装置与机舱上部连接;当飞机发生坠撞等意外情况时,首先,行李架箱体底部空腔区域填充的蜂窝结构可以实现第一步吸能;然后缓冲吸能连接装置开始发挥作用,实现第二步吸能;当传感器检测到破坏信号时,安全气囊组件开始工作,安全气囊迅速膨胀展开实现第三步吸能,安全气囊迅速膨胀展开起到缓冲作用,避免行李架掉落对乘客造成二次伤害;解决了传统行李架在高速冲击作用下无法起到缓冲吸能的性能不足,可有效减小最大冲击载荷并起到吸能保护的作用。
