The invention relates to a guide rail design method for a dual-fuel container ship. The method specifically comprises the following steps that the sizes of main parts of a guide rail at the position of a conventional transverse bulkhead are determined; the transverse bulkhead is divided into a plurality of areas; calculating and analyzing to obtain design deformation of adjacent transverse bulkheads of the fuel cabin; and determining the size of the main component of the adjacent transverse bulkhead guide rail of the fuel cabin according to the design deformation. The guide rail of the transverse bulkhead adjacent to the fuel cabin can meet the container operation requirement under any fuel cabin liquid level condition, and the economical efficiency of ship operation is guaranteed.
