The invention discloses an AMT heavy-duty truck starting control method and system. The method comprises the steps that the target rotating speed of an engine and the target rotating speed of a clutch are set; determining a rotating speed difference according to the clutch target rotating speed and the engine actual rotating speed; respectively determining an FF basic torque and a PI torque based on the rotating speed difference; and according to the FF basic torque and the PI part torque, the clutch target torque is determined, and according to the clutch target torque, the clutch target displacement is controlled until the engine rotating speed and the input shaft rotating speed are synchronous to achieve starting control. Combination, separation and speed of the clutch can be adjusted in real time according to accelerator operation of a driver and engine speed fluctuation in the starting process, starting smoothness can be guaranteed, and the rapid starting requirement of the driver can be met.
本发明公开了一种AMT重型载货车起步控制方法及系统,设定发动机目标转速和离合器目标转速;根据离合器目标转速和发动机实际转速确定转速差;基于所述转速差分别确定FF基础扭矩和PI扭矩;根据所述FF基础扭矩和PI部分扭矩确定离合器目标扭矩,根据离合器目标扭矩控制离合器目标位移,直至发动机转速和输入轴转速同步实现起步控制。本发明可以根据驾驶员油门操作以及起步过程中发动机转速波动实时调整离合器的结合和分离及其速率,既能保证起步平顺性又能满足驾驶员快速起步需求。
