The invention discloses a braking system and method for an unmanned formula car. The braking system comprises a pedal, an electric control hydraulic pump, a first braking main cylinder, a second braking main cylinder, braking calipers on tires and a laser radar arranged at the front end of the formula car. The electric control hydraulic pump comprises two loops, outlets of the two loops are connected with two hydraulic pipelines respectively, the first hydraulic pipeline is connected with brake calipers on two tires of the front wheel, and the second hydraulic pipeline is connected with brake calipers on two tires of the rear wheel. The output end of the first brake master cylinder and the output end of the second brake master cylinder are connected with two loop inlets of the electric control hydraulic pump respectively, motors are arranged at the input end of the first brake master cylinder and the input end of the second brake master cylinder, and a pedal force sensor is arranged on a pedal. The laser radar and the pedal force sensor are connected with a control module, and the control module is connected with the electric control hydraulic pump and the motor. Reliability is good, intermediate links are few, system response is fast, and manual and automatic braking modes are achieved at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶方程式赛车的制动系统及方法,包括踏板、电控液压泵、第一制动主缸、第二制动主缸、每个轮胎上的制动卡钳和设置在赛车前端的激光雷达;电控液压泵包括两条回路,两条回路出口分别连接有两条液压管路,第一液压管路与前轮两个轮胎上的制动卡钳均连接,第二液压管路与后轮两个轮胎上的制动卡钳均连接,第一制动主缸和第二制动主缸的输出端分别连接电控液压泵的两条回路入口,第一制动主缸和第二制动主缸的输入端均设置有电机,踏板上设置有踏板力传感器;激光雷达和踏板力传感器连接有控制模块,控制模块与电控液压泵和电机连接。可靠性好,中间环节少、系统响应快,并且同时实现人工和自动制动的方式。
