The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target time from a current position of a user to a destination; according to the target time and the current electric quantity of the storage battery, the current expected voltage of a direct-current converter on the vehicle is obtained, and the direct-current converter is controlled to output the current expected voltage to charge the storage battery, so that the electric quantity of the storage battery reaches the target electric quantity from the current electric quantity within the target time. The target electric quantity is greater than or equal to the total electric quantity used for normal work of each thermal runaway maintenance device in the vehicle. Therefore, when the vehicle arrives at the destination, if the vehicle is in the dormant state, the electric quantity of the storage battery of the vehicle is enough to meet the electric quantity use requirement of the thermal runaway maintenance equipment, and the user safety is improved.
