The invention relates to a sulfur-crosslinkable rubberized mixture for metal reinforcement members, comprising at least one novolac resin comprising alkyl urethane units and produced by the reaction of phenolic compounds, aldehydes and urethane resins, and at least one etherified melamine resin, wherein the urethane resin is produced by the reaction of an alkyl urethane with an aldehyde. The invention further relates to a pneumatic vehicle tyre comprising at least one such sulfur-crosslinked rubberized mixture. For improved durability of the rubberized reinforcement members, the rubberized mixture contains at least one organic cobalt salt.
