The invention provides a method and a device for controlling entrance guard of a parking lot. The risk of traffic accidents of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot can be reduced. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring monitoring data in a first monitoring area; when the monitoring data indicates that a target vehicle drives into the first monitoring area, determining whether a traffic conflict object exists in a second monitoring area; wherein when the target vehicle is the vehicle which is about to drive out of the parking lot, the first monitoring area is an area, adjacent to the entrance guard, inside the parking lot, and the second monitoring area is an area, adjacent to the entrance guard, outside the parking lot; when the target vehicle is the vehicle which is about to drive into the parking lot, the first monitoring area is an area, adjacent to the entrance guard, outside the parking lot, and the second monitoring area is an area, adjacent to the entrance guard, inside the parking lot; and when the traffic conflict object exists in the second monitoring area, controlling the access control to be closed.
