The invention provides a hoisting device with overload self-unloading function for a tower crane, which comprises a first support block, a first driving motor is fixedly connected to the first support block, the output end of the first driving motor penetrates through the first support block and is provided with a winding shaft, the winding shaft is provided with a steel rope, and the steel rope is provided with an overload self-unloading device. The other end of the winding shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the other end of the first supporting block is correspondingly provided with a second supporting block, the second supporting block is fixedly connected with a connecting shell, and by arranging the first driving motor, the winding shaft, the steel rope and the rotating shaft, the whole lifting device can work normally; and by arranging a second driving motor, a first sliding groove, a threaded block, a lead screw and a second gear, the meshing effect on the first gear can be achieved, so that the sudden stop effect of the device is achieved, when an object on a lifting hook is overweight, a rotating shaft can stop working, the lifting hook stops or automatically discharges downwards, and the safety of the tower crane is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种塔式起重机用具有超载自卸功能的起吊装置,包括第一支撑块,所述第一支撑块上固定连接有第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机的输出端贯穿第一支撑块设置有绕线轴,所述绕线轴上设置有钢绳,所述绕线轴的另一端固定连接有转轴,所述第一支撑块的另一端对应设置有第二支撑块,所述第二支撑块上固定连接有连接壳,通过设置第一驱动电机、绕线轴、钢绳、转轴能够使得整个起吊装置能够进行正常工作,再通过设置第二驱动电机、第一滑槽、螺纹块、丝杠以及第二齿轮能够实现对第一齿轮的啮合的作用,从而实现其装置的急停作用,在吊钩上的物件超重时能够使得转轴停止工作,使得吊钩停止或自动向下卸料,保证吊塔的安全。
