The invention belongs to the related technical field of TBM hoisting, and discloses a hydraulic lifting gantry crane device for assembling a TBM in a tunnel, the hydraulic lifting gantry crane device comprises a lower cross beam assembly, telescopic supporting legs, a main beam, a fixed hoisting point trolley, a movable hoisting point trolley and the like, the lower cross beam assembly serves as a supporting foundation of the whole device, and a hydraulic module and an electrical module which are matched are installed on the lower cross beam assembly; the telescopic supporting leg is jointly composed of multiple stages of supporting legs which are mutually nested in the vertical direction and used for ascending/descending step by step till the required height is reached. The main beam is arranged between the telescopic supporting legs in a multi-section splicing mode and used for achieving different spans in the horizontal direction through combination of different sections. And the fixed lifting point trolley and the movable lifting point trolley are used for cooperatively lifting a working object. By means of the device and method, the process of assembling the TBM in the tunnel can be executed in the mode of being compact in structure, convenient to operate and control and higher in efficiency, the construction period of the assembling tunnel is remarkably shortened, the construction cost is saved, and meanwhile it can be ensured that the excavation height of the TBM assembling tunnel is at least reduced by 5 m or above.
