The dock crane walking limiting safety tool comprises an anti-collision assembly installed on a dock crane door leg and a limiting tool installed on a dock crane rail, the anti-collision assembly comprises an installation rod and a connecting plate fixedly installed on one side of the installation rod, and a telescopic outer cylinder is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the installation rod; a telescopic rod is slidably installed in the telescopic outer cylinder, one end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a first spring and an anti-collision rod, the anti-collision rod is located on the inner side of the first spring, and a limiting switch is arranged on one side of the connecting plate. The anti-collision rod capable of stretching out and drawing back after collision and the electrically-controlled limiting switch are installed on the dock crane door leg, signals of the limiting switch are connected into a dock crane electrical control loop, when the anti-collision rod displaces, the limiting switch is disconnected, the dock crane stops walking, the walking limiting effect is achieved, and the tool is high in reliability and high in safety. When collision occurs, the impact on the dock crane is small, and the dock crane can be prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种坞吊行走限位安全工装,包括安装在坞吊门腿上的防撞组件和安装在坞吊轨道上的限位工装,所述防撞组件包括安装杆和固定安装于所述安装杆一侧的连接板,所述安装杆底端固定安装有伸缩外筒,所述伸缩外筒内部滑动安装有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆一端固定连接有第一弹簧和防撞杆,且防撞杆位于第一弹簧内侧,所述连接板一侧设置有限位开关;本发明通过在坞吊门腿上安装一个撞击后可伸缩的防撞杆和一个电气控制的限位开关,限位开关的信号接入坞吊电气控制回路中,当防撞杆发生位移后,限位开关动断开,坞吊停止行走,达到行走限位的作用,使得该工装可靠性高,发生碰撞时对坞吊冲击小,能够避免对坞吊造成损伤。
