The invention discloses an active and passive hybrid vibration isolation device for power equipment and a control method. The active and passive hybrid vibration isolation device for the power equipment comprises a first-stage vibration isolator, a middle raft frame and a second-stage vibration isolator. The first vibration isolator is provided with a mounting part for mounting power equipment; the middle raft frame is located below the first-stage vibration isolator and internally provided with at least one executing mechanism, a first-stage vibration isolator and a second-stage vibration isolator. The first sensors are arranged close to the first vibration isolators; the second sensor is arranged close to the second vibration isolator; and the control box is respectively connected with the power amplifier box, the first sensor and the second sensor, and the control box processes the vibration signals transmitted by the first sensor and the second sensor and outputs specific control signals to the power amplifier box. The active and passive hybrid vibration isolation device for the power equipment can be arranged below the power equipment such as an engine and a gear box of a ship, so that vibration generated when the power equipment such as the engine and the gear box works is isolated.
